Towne is a mobile public transportation service that helps bus users track and schedule their rides. The app includes a range of features such as live tracking, trip planning, and schedule updates. Towne is focused on making public transportation more accessible and convenient for everyone. it aims to target painpoints throughout users experience while using public transit system and is designed for users who are familiar with the public transportation system and user who are not.

A comprehensive product roadmap was created into a list of features using possible solutions. These features were sorted into four categories, including Must-have (P1), Nice-to-Have (P2), Surprising and (P3), and Can-come-later (P4) features. They were sorted based on how well they can help achieve business goals and user goals. Product Roadmap not only infuses the project goals into the product, but also ensures the most important features in the development cycle.
